Can I delete a folder in Numbers on my iMac

There are no "folders in Numbers". Numbers is an application.

Please clarify what you're trying to accomplish.

I think you mean a folder on your iCloud (Drive) which contains all your Number files.

You could delete this folder, but then you would lose all the data within that folder. So, verify that you do not want those files before deleting the folder.
