My payment method is declined Can u help?

i am adding another payment method b’coz the previous method was failed.But now also I cannot add my payment method as it is saying to update the payment method .I don’t know how to do it? Can anyone help

See if the following might help - If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support.
