My MacBook Pro 13" 2020 doesn't automatically wake up when opening lid

I have a brand-new MacBook Pro 13" 2020 A2251 with OS Catalina 10.15.6 and in the last days the computer doesn't automatically wake up when opening lid.

If I press any key on the keyboard or the trackpad doesn't work either.

I can only wake up it by pressing the physical power button (touch id).

I have tried the reset, etc but still doesn't work.

Any solution? Is it a bug? I have seen many people on the web having the same issue but no one with a solution.
