Recently bought new Mac book With Logic Pro x installed
connected up as previous set up audio is working through Roland quad capture sound card but when I open a new track in a Logic project there is no midi signal
tried the usual midi device setup etc please anyone it’s driving me mad
Be attentive during the driver install, Catalina may require a procedure to allow third-party drivers. Also, and this is important after a successful driver install, unplug the quad and reboot the computer, let it settle then plug the quad back in.
You of course have installed the latest drivers and firmware. Read the Mac install instructions.

Thank you for replying I will double check this evening but I am sure I did but I will reinstall and try again
