Uploads ? Disabled account?

My game “myVEGAS casino had an update last week it would not let me play until I downloaded, when I tried to download the update it game a message that my account was disabled by the app and the iTunes app , I am a able to find an answer from the developer it said it was apple not the game , I tried to use it on my iPhone and unable to find it. What causes the app to disable my game, how do I get it back, I have played it for over 5 year, never had a problem, I don’t want to loose my points ($) or my rewards
