Can’t connect watch.
I’m trying to pair a Apple Watch with my iPhone and it keeps saying the phone needs to be updated, even after I’ve updated it.

What model iPhone? What version of iOS on iPhone? What version of watchOS on watch? Without knowing any of those perhaps this article will help:

For example, if you have watchOS6.X, that requires iOS 13.X, but an iPhone 6 can only update to iOS 12.X.
