Iphone messages reset
so i reset my iphone then i downloaded my latest backup yesderday and since then my messages has not downloaded, What to do please advise ASAP

If you were syncing Messages to iCloud, have you set that up since resetting the phone?
Some other things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
