How do I find an old device
I have had a few other devices I used the same apple ID on, but I removed all of them. Is it possible to find an old device? Perhaps the old device’s serial number?

The only mechanism to remotely find them is find my, which requires they be currently signed in to iCloud with your AppleID. If they are not signed in, and find my is not active on them, there is no remote tracking.
