Few days ago I got apple tv subscription free for a year. I have realised that I can watch Apple TV on my Iphone 11 but not on my Mac Pro Retina 2014, any ideas why this is happen?

If you are missing the Apple TV app, make sure your Mac is updated to macOS 10.15 Catalina. Only Catalina has the TV App.
Otherwise, you can use iTunes to buy and rent movies and shows from the iTunes Store, or log in to the https://tv.apple.com
website to access the Apple TV+ subscription content.
Are you signed into the same Apple ID on both devices? Also, try updating your computer and iPhone to the latest versions of software.
