apple home not working

my apple home app is stuck at loading accessories and scenes, i have an iphone 11 and its updated to the newest version. anyone that can help?

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Try a forced restart.

If necessary

Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.

Restore to Factory setting.

Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
