my AirPods lately have been malfunctioning when I play music, Sometimes it completely cuts off but it shows that the music is still playing but I can’t hear it I would like to exchange them pls and thank you

You do not need them to be exchanged. If you follow the steps on the article below, you should be able to get them working again.

So i tried what you told me , and it was fine for a day then the next day it started to do it again & now i dont even hear the music i have to take the headphones off and i reset it again and still going on . I listen to my airpods alot at work btw so its been like this for months.
