My payment method is being declined

Won’t let me download any apps cause it’s saying my payment method being declined but that’s with apps that don’t cost money

Here is how to use an Apple ID without an associated payment method:

Create or use an Apple ID without a payment method - Apple Support

If you can't remove your last payment method or use no payment method with your Apple ID - Apple Support

You must have a valid payment method in your account even to download free content. If you have no subscriptions and no apps with in-app purchases you can remove the payment method, but if there is one on the account it must be a valid payment method.
