I have an app that i have recently deleted, but every time i restart my device ( iPod Touch 7th Gen. ) it shows the app without the apps cover image, and when i try to open the app, it takes me to a black screen then rejects me back to home screen. When i delete it, and try to redownload, it tells me the app is open even though its been deleted.
