Software update issue
My ios 13.6 update is stuck at ‘update requested’.

so a few things
- make sure you do NOT have a VPN installed or active (delete them and their profiles)
- if you had to delete VPN restart phone and try again
- if no VPN make sure you’re on a network that isn’t restricted- common restricted networks are: public, library, hotel, restaurant, college, work, Mobile hotspots, etc.
- if this fails attempt to update using iTunes (windows or macOS 14.x and earlier) or finder macos 15.x)
- if no computer available try different WiFi network
