Portrait View on iPad only shows selfie

My iPad Pro will only shows Portrait View as a Selfie. Other Views works perfectly. Any suggestions? I was hoping this last IOS Version would address the issue but that is not the case.

Correct, no iPad model supports Portrait Mode photos from iPad's rear iSight camera.
