I am guessing at least you remember your "pass code"


I would suggest going to settings>Face ID enter your passcode and scan your face again.


if you also forgot your pass code you might want to put your iPad into recovery mode

Keep in mind, this will reinstall your iOS and will remove all the information that is on your iPad


use this method only if you are have iCloud backup of your iPad contents or backup your iPad to your local iMac/MacBook/PC to restore after restoring your iOS.
