How do I get my App Store back on my Mac book air. I accidentally deleted it.

Do you really mean that you removed the App Store icon from your Dock.
The actual location of the App Store is in your Applications folder the icon in the Dock is just an alias.
Open your Applications folder and drag the App Store icon into the Dock.
