I can't get voicemail to work.
I am having trouble getting my voicemail on newly acquired used iPhone 8plus. It won't let me get to the setup menu for voicemail, just says to call voicemail.

You may have not received any Voicemail due to these scenarios:
- No one has sent you any Voicemail.
- Cellular Data is not on. (Swipe up from your iPhone screen and toggle Cellular Data)
- You are not updated to the latest iPhone firmware. (Settings - General - Software Update)
