Losing recorded voiceover, and movies not running when Keynote is exported to movie or youtube

I regularly record keynote presentations.

My most recent keynote recording will not play correctly after being exported or shared. It plays correctly prior to exporting.

My recorded voiceover disappears, and imbedded/inserted movies remain frozen and don't run.

I have tried exporting and sharing to movie, you tube, photos.

Just wondering whether this is related to the keynote 10.1, and are there any workarounds please

We don't have this problem on any of our systems, try resetting Keynote;

delete Keynote, empty trash then install again from the Mac App Store.
