iCloud Storage shows data even though it's empty

My iCloud storage is showing that a portion of it has been used even though there's nothing stored. It shows backup has used up to 1.23GB but I can't find anything in backup when I check the iCloud Drive on iCloud.com or check backup on my MAC or iPhone. How do I clear the used space, please?

I already signed out of iCloud on both devices but that didn't work. I've turned off backup too but nothing changed
