How come I can no longer access my Apple TV . All I get is that “there is nothing in my library”. I just joined AppleTV on Saturday.

When I access AppleTV+ all I get is a white screen with “there is nothing in my library”. If I can’t access the menu of movies, series, etc. I shall cancel.

Apple TV gone, just library shows I have a current Apple TV subscription. I normally watch on my iphone and on our tv with a Playstation. Last night, Apple Tv became unavailable on the Playstation. It said “Apple TV App Not Available”. It gives an option to reload but that just makes the same error page reload. At the same time, the Apple TV app on my phone just shows my library content. I deleted and reloaded the app but that did not change a thing. Any advice?

Apple TV 3rd Gen - TV App stuck on "Accessing TV” When I open up the TV app, I can’t see any of the tabs, except Library. The rest just sit on “Accessing TV”. I recently signed up to Apple TV+ via Apple One. I have tried logging out and back in, and have now done a full restore of the Apple TV, but it still won’t work. I’m in the UK.

On what device is this happening?

Have you tried force-quitting the app, and restarting the device?

Have your tired signing out of your account, then signing back in?
