Live wallpapers are not compatible with iPhone XR.

As far as Face ID is concerned, follow ALL the steps provided in this support guide:--> If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro – Apple Support

If the issue still persists, contact Apple Support using this link:--> Get Support
