Network Unlock

I bought an iPhone from my cousin who stays at USA, but the iPhone is locked to a network carrier which is not supported in my country.

How can I unlock this?

Your cousin clears this lock, most likely:

Your cousin’s carrier is probably not going to want to deal with someone other than the account holder.
