To directly import from a physical CD, you need to rip the CD using a computer that has a CD drive. (See steps in here: Import songs from CDs into iTunes on Mac - Apple Support ). That will put the tracks into your iTunes/Music library, and you can then sync to the phone.

If you only have the phone, it may be easier to buy the tracks from the iTunes Store, or find them on a streaming service.
