International warranty
Hello , I live in India if one of my relative buy a iPad for me from USA and if it got damaged can I be able to use warranty service in India ?

Sorry no, for two reasons
1)International Warranty terms:--> Apple One (1) Year Limited Warranty contain this paragraph:
IMPORTANT RESTRICTION FOR iPHONE, iPAD, APPLE TV and HOMEPOD SERVICE.
Apple may restrict warranty service for iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and HomePod to the country where Apple or its Authorized Distributors originally sold the device.
So Apple Stores or AASP in India may refuse to service that device
2) Accidental events are NOT covered by any warranty, unless you subscribed to AppleCare PLUS within 60 days from the date of purchase.
