I logged out from my icloud account and logged back in.
Then I have an issue with bringing back all the datas from my icloud.
I had a lot of photos on my iCloud, and only 6000 photos are appeared.

Leave the device plugged in and connected to WiFi to give it time for the data to upload/sync with iCloud.
