I want to use Windows on my Mac without using its own SSD intensively since it is 128 GB.
Can I run Windows on my MacBook Pro through an external hard drive by installing all the massive storage load on it?
If the answer is "yes", can you please explain it briefly?

Only the Enterprise Edition of Windows allows installation to an external drive. Since Boot Camp won't set up a Windows partition on an external drive, you'd have to go through these steps.
No. I was pointing out that only the Enterprise version of Windows can be run from an external drive. It's a limitation Microsoft themselves impose on the OS.
You can install the Home or Professional version of Windows 8 or 10 on your main drive alongside Catalina. I have Win 10 on my 2018 Mac Mini.
Neither Microsoft nor Boot Camp support running Windows 10 from an external drive.
