My phone will only ring for individuals that are in my phone contacts. Anyone calling that is not in my contact list will go directly to voice mail. I do not want this to happen? Why are outside calls out of my contact list going directly to voicemail?

We can see why you'd reach out about this; we can help. It sounds like Silence Unknown Callers is enabled on your device; you can disable this from Settings > Phone.
