How do I recover my iCloud account
I don’t have the same phone number for the verification code as I did last time and it’s not letting me do anything without that number. But I have a new phone number.
If that was the only trusted number on file for the account, then you have to consider having the account go into recovery - Recover your Apple ID when you can’t reset your password - Apple Support.
