Apple Watch

I just bought the Apple Watch 3 GPS + Cellular only to find out my provider doesn’t work with Apple Watch..... originally I bought it with GPS + Cellular so that I could run while listening to music without my phone.... if I exchange it for the regular Apple Watch 3 without GPS + Cellular will I still be able to add music to my Apple Watch?
