How do I delete Catalina? All of my adobe programs have been blocked and I can not use them. I need to Delete the update so I can use them again. I don't want the update, I will not want to update in the next 20 years

You can't delete it. You restore your Mac to its previous state with the backup you made before installing Catalina.
However, if it's been less than 24 hours since you installed Catalina, restart in Safe Mode (restart and hold down Command+R). There will be an extra choice to revert.
