Free Year of Apple TV+
I received an email stating that I get a free year of Apple TV after I purchased a new iPhone, but when I sign up it says that I get only one week free. Please advise.

If this was a previous purchase then the offer is only valid for 3 months after device activation. The offer also needs to be claimed on the qualifying device.
If everything has been verified and it is only showing 7 days then contact Apple support
