Problem with iOS 13.5.1. using iTunes Match - Now music downloads possible

Hi all,

since a few days I have massive problems to download songs via music app on my iPhone X (latest OS).

It worked before an it is still working on my my MacBooks.

Not working on my iPad with the same OS version.

I restarted the iPhone several times and deactivated and activated Music Cloud.

I reinstalled the iOS and de- and reactivated iCloud on my devices.

I can listen to the songs via WiFi but I just can not download them. The download is stuck forever!

Does anybody have a clue what this issue could cause??

It sounds like you’re unable to download music on your iPhone and iPad, and we're happy to help. You can try the suggestions here:

If music, movies, or TV shows from the iTunes Store, Apple Music app, or Apple TV app stop downloading

Well, I tried all of this long before I wrote my post. And meanwhile the specialists of Apple took care of this issue, as the Apple phone support and I could not figure out what the problem is. It seems to be a malfunction amongst iOS 13.5.1 and iTunes Match!!!
