iTunes won’t sync to my iPhone 11

whenever i try to sync my windows laptop itunes to my iphone 11 it won't sync at all, the button is blurred out to sync. I’ve also tried repairing iTunes, it’s all up to date, and I’ve reinstalled it. Please help

iphone 6 plus will not sync Hello, I have an iphone 6 plus running 12.5.6 was using it on itunes with no problem until I did a factory reset and when I try to sync it wont. Have changed the usb lead, itunes up to date. It goes through preparing then closes leaving no music on the phone. I have done the same on my iphone 11 ( to check the state of my itunes ) with no problems. Please someone help Thank you in advance
