MacBook Pro

SO basically I just got my MacBook Pro today and I got a special education bundle where I would get apps like Final Cut Pro etc for like 200 dollars.I for some reason uploaded my data from my previous Mac and it over wrote all the new apps I got and everything.SO I factory reset my Mac and now I do not have the apps I paid extra for, am I screwed? Is there any way I can get these back without having to repurchase them again? When I look them up in the App Store I would have to purchase them again and Final Cut Pro X alone is $300. Any help or suggestions would be very welcomed.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15
