Unable to update software from MacOS Mojave to MacOS Catalina

I have been trying to update software from so many days but unfortunately not able to update it. The download restarts and again it stops after 15-20 mins. Repeatedly getting the same error. I have checked my network connection also which is totally perfect.

Please help me with the update process.
