MacBook Air speakers

so I have a MacBook Air 2019 version I believe and one day I noticed that even when I put the volume all the way up it still sounds really low. how do I fix this?

my volume sounds really low! So recently my volume on my MacBook has been sounding very low even when I put it all the way up. I searched to see how I can fix it and google said to go to settings > sound> output tab> then to choose internal speakers, but there is no option for that. The only option it's showing me is "macbook pro speakers". If someone knows a solution to this please help a fellow hooman out :) Catch you on the flippity flip!
