Can’t find a purchased album.

I purchased an album, however it doesn’t show up on my music app or under ‘’purchased” on the itunes store. When I search for the album it displays that I have already purchased it, but I cannot download it. How can I fix this and download the album on my phone?

note: The album appears on the device I originally bought it on, but not on another device of mine under the same apple id, (all other albums have downloaded onto the new phone, it’s just one particular album that didn’t)
