If your computer has a HDD, then you can't delete it. You can remove it, however. You haven't stated exactly what you did, so I can only make a guess as to what you need to do. Understand, that you have erased your drive. All of your files are gone and cannot be recovered. What you have to do is reinstall macOS. There are two ways. The first assumes you have not lost the Recovery Drive:
Install El Capitan or Later from Scratch
If the Recovery Drive has also been erased, then you will have to do Internet Recover:
Internet/Network Recovery of El Capitan or Later on a Clean Disk
