hard drive inadvertently deleted

how can I get my computer hard drive back?

Shutdown and disconnect all external drives. Connect to charger. Restart computer and immediately hold the Command and r keys. This is Recovery Mode. Attach your Time Machine Backup drive. The recovery Mode will present option and choose Restore from Backup.
