My mail program keeps changing my flags to red. Any ideas on how to fix this? I’m using an iPad

Yes, I updated 2 days ago. The flags stay another color for about 30 seconds or until I scroll, go to a folder, or close and reopen. Then I see them switch to red.
I just updated to 13.6 and I still get the problem where it stays a coloR for a minute and then reverts to red
Have you updated your iPad to the current version of iPadOS (iPadOS 13.5.1)?
If not, you should do so. A bug affecting the native Mail App, where flags would reset to “red” after a mailbox refresh, has now been largely resolved.
