i don’t remeber starting any subscriptions other than with apple music. i can’t download anything until i pay off those subscriptions. i have tried everything i can think of, i have ended those subscriptions. i can’t change my payment method to none because of this. i really need help.

After you have canceled them correctly, you will need to pay the amount that you owe before you can ever use your account again. Buy an App Store/iTunes gift card large enough to cover your debt and redeem it.
