Transfer all data to a new Iphone from an old iPhone

How can I transfer all my old data, to my new iPhone.

I don't use iTunes. My old phone: iPhone 6 plus, my new phone; iPhone X

Choose your preferred (doable) method:--> Transfer data from your previous iOS device to your new iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
