Downgrade Catalina to Mojave?

as we all know, Catalina do not support 32 bit app. I did not know this until I purchase a 2019 MacBook Pro 15 inch. Is there a way I can downgrade to Mojave? I don’t need to save any files on this laptop.

MacBook Pro 15”, macOS 10.15
