MacBook Pro’s keyboard and trackpad

My MacBook Pro’s keyboard and trackpad doesn’t work. I have tried to reboot by connecting a USB keyboard. But it doesn’t work either. What should I do to fix this?

Try resetting NVRAM/PRAM http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379

Try resetting the SMC https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295

If your Apple wireless mouse, keyboard, or trackpad isn't working
