The FaceTime won't connect in my Macbook.

It says my apple ID doesn't have a reachable addresses, but in my apple ID management I can see it.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15

I can not log into Facetime on my Macbook air Whenever I try to log in, it says there is no reachable addresses and they tell me to sign in to appleid.apple.com to add one. I have logged into my account and added an additional email. I then tried logging in using that email and my apple ID email again, yet they still both didn't work and told me the same prompt. I logged out of Facetime on my phone and could log in using my apple ID without any issues, it just my laptop bringing me the prompt.
