my AirPods pro won't connect to bluetooth on my phone

My AirPods pro buds will not connect to bluetooth on my phone. I was previously connected until I walked outside without my phone, but the earbuds were still in my ears. when I returned they would not reconnect to bluetooth

If no help, try a full reset:
