Sudden crash and restart after Catalina update to 10.15.5

Hey there,

I have updated my OS to Catalina 10.15.5 a few days ago and ever since then, my computer suddenly crashes and restarts quite often, app. every 10-15 minutes... It is really frustrating.

Have you faced this issue? Is there a way to go back to the previous OS version which worked perfectly?

I have a MacBook Pro mid 2014.
