I forgot my Apple ID and password and nobody in my household knows what it is

So I found my old iPod touch, and I don't remember the apple ID or password for this and no one else in my house hold remembers either. So now I don't know what to do.

Hello,

The iPod touch is locked with Activation Lock. There is no way around unlocking Activation Lock without inserting the device’s associated Apple ID. If this is not an option you will have to find the original receipt for the device that clearly shows the serial number. Once you have this document you can have Apple unlock your iPod touch.

Go to Settings on your Apple device then go to m therey account and there should be a forgot password option to on it and you will be directed to the Apple website and the website and there there will be more instructions on how to change your Apple Is and password
