Forgot code to content restrictions for screen time.

I’m going to try and be as detailed as possible. I only have an iPad. This is what I’m using to post this. I used to know the restrictions code to my iPad and I don’t know it anymore. I know my iPad code, but you need the screen time code to reset it. That means I can’t reset my iPad. I don’t have a computer so I can’t make a backup. Is there possibly anyway that I can get the code back?

Please get back to me ASAP.

If you are running at least iOS 13.4, you can reset the screen time code.

If you forgot your Screen Time passcode - Apple Support

If not, you have to find someone with a computer because you will have to erase the device using iTunes in order to get rid of the screen time code.
